German hard rockers are to release a “new” album early next month

But instead of new tracks, Comeblack will feature re-recordings of classic Scorps songs. It will be available on CD and double vinyl.

Klaus Meine & Co have recorded a new version of Still Loving You with French Pop Idol winner Amandine Bourgeois (!), which can be listened here.

Yeah, I know what you think, the end is near for Scorpions… Maybe, it’s really time for them to retire.

The band will tour France in November before coming back for a last series of concerts during April and May 2012.
